An Active Member of Lions Clubs International From 1971. He was Born on 13th Nov. 1946 at Sasaram, District Rohtas, Bihar.He Completed Masters Degree From Ranchi University in Soil Science. He has represented India on World Map Under International Farm Youth Exchange Programme held in 1976 in Ohio & Oregon,USA. He, Again Represented India in 1982 in the 4th World Farmer Conference Held in Manila, Philippines Where His Paper on “Balance In Agriculture And Industry” Was Accepted By 54 Countries. He Also Chaired One Session there. He Was Elected As District Governor in The Year 1985-86 Unanimously & Was Declared as 100 Percent District Governor of Distt: 322-A. He Bacame Multiple Council Chairman of Eastern India in 1986-87 & Vice-Chairman of LCCI. He was Honoured with commendation award from President of Lions Clubs International – Lion Wrobleski in 1985-86. He was trained as the Leadership Development Chairperson organized by Lions Clubs International in Mumbai in Feb’ 97. He organized training Seminars at Patna, Guwahati , Kolkata, and Bhuwanshwar.He also Worked as faculty & moderator for DG elect orientation workshop at Delhi in May 1998 & 1999 in habitat centre. He Has been Multiple District Chairman – Leadership Development of MD-322 for the year 1996-1999 & 2001-2003 & Chairman (MD-322) Literacy for 1999-2000 & 2000-2001. He is life member of ISCON and Patron of Indian Red Cross Society. He has been also the past member of All India Radio advisory committee, Patna and Past Executive member of SCADA, Govt of Bihar. He is married to Veena having three sons Rahul, Rohit and Siddharth
